Mr. Fraser is the Senior Director of Analytics for Exiger Government Solutions.  In this role, he is responsible for managing a team of analysts researching and assessing risk to federal government supply chains. A career counterintelligence professional, Mr. Fraser led efforts within the Department of Defense to protect critical weapon systems and technology development.  He is the author of the 2020 Department of Defense Critical Program and Technology List which focuses the Department's protection efforts on technology critical to national security.  Mr. Fraser has served as the Counterintelligence Director of Operations for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency responsible for the day-to-day execution of the agency’s CI collection mission comprised of special agents, collection management officers, and support staff.   He has over 24 years of experience conducting counter-reconnaissance, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism operations for the United States Army and the Department of Defense.  Mr. Fraser is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Division of Public Safety and Leadership with a Master of Science degree in Intelligence Analysis.
