Dr. Monique N. Coleman earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from Wright State University and her master’s degree from Bowie State University. A licensed clinical and forensic psychologist with more than 25 years of experience, she is the founder of Comprehensive Psycholegal Services, LLC, where her forensic practice encompasses competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, mitigation, post-conviction mitigation, habeas corpus matters, domestic violence and intimate partner violence, and serious criminal cases, including murder. She provides forensic psychological evaluations, consultation, and expert testimony for attorneys and courts. In recent years, Dr. Coleman has expanded her professional practice to include trial consulting, including jury selection, mock trials, witness preparation, and case strategy for civil and criminal cases. She also provides training and professional education for attorneys and other legal professionals, translating psychological science and forensic expertise into practical applications for litigation and trial strategy. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association, American Psychology-Law Society (AP-LS, and a board member of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC).
