Dr. Pamela Blackwell is a clinical psychologist at a private group practice in Maryland. She has taught both doctoral and masters level courses since 2021. Dr. Blackwell graduated from George Washington University with a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (2022). She has also received a Master of Psychology degree from George Washington University (2020), a Master of Social Work degree from Savannah State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College (2013).  Dr. Blackwell has training and experience in psychological assessments and holds the most experience in comprehensive and forensic evaluations. Her specialty in reproductive psychology provided her with the training and experience in forensic evaluations for gamete donors, gestational carriers, and surrogates. Dr. Blackwell also completes comprehensive psychological evaluations in private practice. Historically, Dr. Blackwell has conducted forensic assessments and consultation for the DC Superior Courts Child Guidance Clinic, DC public defender’s office, and the Veteran Affairs compensation and pension program.
